Close of Offer Under the Share Purchase Plan

Environmental Clean Technologies Limited (ASX: ECT) (ECT or Company) wishes to advise that the offer to eligible shareholders under the share purchase plan (SPP) closed at 5pm (AEST) on Friday 4 June 2021.

Details of the SPP were announced on Monday 24 May, 2021 and an offer booklet was dispatched to eligible shareholders on the same day.

The Company will advise the results of the SPP on Wednesday 9 June, 2021.
