GRID funding is GOOD news for ECT export opportunities

Environmental Clean Technologies has welcomed the Brumby Government's commitment to explore export infrastructure requirements for coal-based industries in regional Victoria. The 2009/2010 Victorian budget has set aside $1M to fund the Gippsland Regional Infrastructure Development (GRID) intiative, of which ECT is a member.

GRID was formed in early 2008 to identify the infrastructure required to enable the development of large scale coal based projects in the Gippsland region, leading to valuable exports.
