Share Plan Finalised

Environmental Clean Technologies advises the Share Purchase Plan (SPP), which was capped at $3.5M, is finalised and it has been overwhelmed by the confidence participating shareholders have shown in helping secure the company's future.

As at Friday 8 May 2009, 65,650,000 shares and 131,300,000 options were allotted under the SPP.

Chief Executive Kos Galtos said he was pleased with the fundraising so far and thanked shareholders who had contributed $1.3M in subscriptions. A further $1M was raised in underwriting.
